Blue Nile offers free cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening services on your Blue Nile jewelry purchase for as long as you own your jewelry. Other repairs may also be available at your cost. To help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any trauma.

For up to one year from your Blue Nile ring purchase, we will provide a one-time free ring resizing, up or down two sizes if the design permits such sizing. This offer excludes eternity bands, tension rings, rings made of alternative metals, such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and tantalum, and any other ring that cannot be resized due to ring design or materials.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Unauthorized repair, modification or alteration performed by any person or entity other than Blue Nile void the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Blue Nile reserves the right to determine coverage and eligibility for all warranty and complimentary service claims.
